Public Housing

Public housing is the safe and affordable alternative for very-low to low-income citizens. Apartment sizes range from efficiencies and one bedrooms in the high-rises, up to a few five bedroom apartments in the family units. H.A.S Properties owns and operates 765 apartments.

To qualify for public housing, your gross income must fall within the low income guidelines (see chart). H.A.S Properties offers no emergency housing.
